Q - Can I get things like: land line telephone line / mobile phone contracts etc...

A - Telephone land line can be obtained only for those holding residency.. Mobile phone contracts are available.
Q - Earthquake Insurance (Dask)

A - It is statutary government requirement that all new buildings have earthquake insurance cover.

Q - Where can I get house insurance from? Are they good, reliable?

A - It is statutary government requirement that all new buildings have earthquake insurance cover.

A –Manzara const. Will recommend a reputable insurance company.

Q - Monthly outgoing, roughly what will they be? Is it expensive?
A - Monthly outgoings will vary according to personal use but a guide would be : Electricity approx. 10 - 15 GBP per 2 months.
Water approx. 10 GBP Per 2 months.
Property tax approx. 50 - 100 GBP per year

Q - What is a Tapu? will all the papers be in my name?

A - The Tapu is the Title Deeds for the property. The Tapu will be registered in either joint or single names at the pruchaser's request.

Q - How do you get residence, if at all If not , how long can I stay at any one time?

A - Residency details are available and is relatively easy to obtain. Manzara const. staff are available to advise. Prior to obtaining residency visas must be renewed every 3 months.

Q - Do you furnish the Villas , if not would you help?
A –Villas and apartments can be furnished by us or our staff will take the customer shopping in the local area to choose furnishings according to the individual budget.

Q - Can I change the interior plans, if in the early stages on construction? What about later stages ?

A - Interior plans can be changed if requested at the onset of each project. If changes are required when project is near completion charges may be incurred.

Q - Building plans On surrounding areas? Are there any plans in place ?

A - Any area of open land surrounding our project not belonging to us could possibly be used for further development by others. However,we will endeavour to find out such information if at all possible.

Q - Windows /doors -what materials are used ?

A -depending on the project specifications we will use either UPVC / natural wood for Windows/doors. Ext. Doors/Windows are double glazed. Main entrance door –hygh securyty steel.

Q-Can I rent my property ?

A-Yes the property belongs to you.
