A great opportunity to see and compare several properties in one visit, get an idea of local amenities and facilities, put your questions to the experts, secure your dream property by putting down a deposit, explore the surrounding areas, maybe squeeze in some time on the beach or at the golf course, and of course learn all about our company.
We can provide accommodation for you, collect you from the airport, help organise an itinerary for your stay, arrange viewings for the properties you are interested in and answer any questions you may have. For the duration of your visit, our team will be on hand to help make your stay as enjoyable and informative as possible, and at the end of your stay we will transfer you back to your departure airport.

Each property buyer will receive one week's accommodation (Bed /Breakfast ) and airport transfers free of charge. Flight costs (economy class ) will be reimbursed – max. 2 persons .
Land registry office :
Once you have chosen the property you wish to buy, a deposit ( min. £500 ) must be made to guarantee your purchase.
Now we go to the Land Registry Office to start the process of buying your property.
In Turkey to acquire the title of a property, an application has to be submitted to the local Land Registry Office in the area in which the property is situated. After carrying out necessary searches and checks, the transfer of the title is done by the Land Registry Office.
A photocopy of your passport, details of your mother's & father's names and 4 passport size photos are needed at this point.
There is a charge ( approx. £100) for this service.
Our team will guide you through the buying process to ensure that it is completed quickly and efficiently.
Your Title Deed ("Tapu") will be issued on completion.

Organisation of the receipt of your TAPU (Certificate of Land Registry) and keys for your property; checking all the details and paperwork.
Registration of your property ( at no additional cost)

Assistance with sorting out daily queries/problems; help in establishing the right contacts.
By agreement we can purchase furniture, decorative items and other equipment for your property or assist you with your purchases.
Our repair and restoration service is available at all times
Management Services
If requested we can pay your water, electric bills while you are absent from your property.
We can check your building is secure, provide a cleaning service and generally maintain your property inside and out.
In the event that we encounter any damages during our regular inspections, we will inform you immediately and we will have the damage repaired after consultation with you.
If you notify us in advance of the date of your arrival, we will ventilate your home and will ensure that your home is cleaned.
It will be no trouble to have one of our team members, at your cost, stock up your fridge for your arrival.
During your stay we can organize a cleaning lady at your request (£ 15 per day).
